Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for an Ottawa trade

Every result on this page comes from the group's HVAC work, named and linked. None of them is a plumbing, roofing or electrical result. Read them as evidence of a method, and judge which parts fit your Ottawa business.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

The proof we can show is real but specific: it comes from heating and cooling companies the group has worked with. Below, each result is named and linked, with a plain note on what it shows and how much of it an Ottawa plumber, electrician, roofer or renovator can reasonably borrow. The full collection is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

CombiBoiler.ca: focus beats breadth

CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI, more than 300 leads a month, and 500+ first-page rankings for combi-boiler searches.

What it shows: owning one specific product category thoroughly, with a page for each real question buyers ask, can outperform a general "we do everything" site.

What transfers to Ottawa: pick the two or three services that earn you the most, and build the most thorough, useful pages in Ottawa for them, in English and, if it fits, French. A bathroom renovator in Kitchissippi or a well-pump specialist in Osgoode can apply the same logic. The local SEO page explains how.

HeatLand: content as a long-term asset

With 850+ SEO articles live, HeatLand recorded a 300% lead increase in 6 months.

What it shows: genuinely useful content, published consistently, builds search visibility that keeps working long after each article goes live.

What transfers: you don't need 850 articles. You need answers to the questions your Ottawa customers ask on the phone every week, such as what a job costs, how long it takes, what happens in winter, what to do before you arrive. Each answer, written properly, is a page that can bring a call. In a bilingual city, the French versions of your top answers are a second chance at the same customer.

Roma Heating & Cooling: patient organic growth

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months.

What it shows: a year of steady work on site structure, service pages and local signals can multiply organic traffic.

What transfers: the timescale. Ottawa owners sometimes expect SEO to work in a month. A year is a more honest horizon for big gains, which is why we often pair SEO with Google Ads at the start.

BCWide.ca: fast results when the basics are fixed

BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: when a business has real demand but leaks it through a weak website or poor tracking, fixing the basics can lift leads quickly.

What transfers: before spending more on ads, look for leaks. Can a phone visitor find your number in two seconds? Does your French button lead to a French page? Do calls get answered? Our websites page lists the common leaks.

HVACDeal.ca: measured paid acquisition

HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows: lead generation can be highly profitable when every dollar is tied to an outcome.

What transfers: the habit of measuring cost per lead against job value, which is the backbone of how we run ads for Ottawa trades. It also applies to language: an English and a French campaign each have to earn their place.

What none of these results tells you

None of these cases involved an Ottawa business, and none was a bilingual campaign. They don't show what a French track will earn in Orléans, or how a plumber in Barrhaven will do. Anyone who uses another company's numbers to promise yours is guessing. We'd rather run a fair test with your own figures.

How to read results honestly

When you look at any agency's case studies, including ours, ask three questions:

  1. Is the client named and linked? Ours are. Unnamed "a local plumber grew 500%" claims can't be checked.
  2. Is it the same kind of business as mine? Ours are HVAC. We say so.
  3. What did they actually do differently? The method matters more than the headline number.

If you'd like to talk through which of these methods fits your Ottawa business, the contact page explains how to reach us, or see pricing first.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have results for Ottawa plumbers or electricians?

Our published case studies are HVAC results, and we don't present them as anything else. We'd rather show you a real heating result and explain what transfers than invent a plumbing one.

Can you promise similar numbers for my business?

No. Results depend on your trade, your wards, your competition, your prices and how you answer the phone. We'll give you a realistic range once we've seen your numbers, not a promise.

Were any of these campaigns bilingual?

The published results don't depend on a French campaign. The bilingual approach on this site applies the same measurement discipline to a second language.

Where can I see all the case studies?

The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, which collects the group's published HVAC results.
