The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The essentials for an established Ottawa trade working one cluster of wards |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels at once (a natural fit when you add a French track), and Trades.Agency website design packages at half price |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own marketing team with priority support; any Trades.Agency website package is designed and built at no charge |
Terms are month-to-month with no long-term contract; you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual commitments earn the lower prices. Eligible trades businesses also get a free 30-minute initial consultation before signing anything.
What's not in the plan price
Three costs sit outside any plan, and you should budget for them:
- Ad spend. Paid directly to Google (and any other ad platform) from accounts in your name. Our Google Ads page shows how to size it from your job numbers.
- French copywriting. If you run a French track, we recommend a professional French copywriter or certified translator, paid by you. Costs vary with volume; a focused first round usually covers a handful of service pages and a set of ads.
- Call tracking and tools. Some tracking numbers and software carry small monthly fees, which we'll list before you commit.
What drives the cost for an Ottawa business
The plan you need depends on four things:
- How many wards you're targeting. A tight cluster near your base needs less work than a city-wide push.
- Whether you run one language or two. A French track adds keyword research, pages, ads and reporting.
- How many services you sell. Each core service needs its own page and, often, its own ad group.
- Whether you're also crossing into Quebec. Gatineau planning is a separate piece of work; see cross-river marketing.
A worked example
Say you run a three-truck plumbing company in Nepean and want 15 more booked jobs a month in College, Knoxdale-Merivale and Bay.
- Close rate on new leads: 35%, so you need about 43 leads.
- Target cost per lead from your margins: $95.
- Ad budget if all leads came from ads: 43 × $95 ≈ $4,085 a month.
In practice, a portion of those leads should come from local SEO over time, which brings the ad budget down. The Growth plan would usually be enough for one language in three wards. Add a French track for the east end, and Elite starts to make sense.
Annual or monthly: a quick comparison
Annual billing saves $500 a month on Growth, $1,000 on Elite and $2,000 on Enterprise, compared with month-to-month. Over a year, that's $6,000, $12,000 or $24,000 before HST.
The trade-off is flexibility. If you're new to marketing, unsure about a French track, or testing whether your crew can handle more work, month-to-month is the safer start. Once you've seen three or four months of results and know the plan fits, switching to annual billing is a reasonable way to cut cost.
How to choose
- Growth if you have one base, a handful of core services and a cluster of nearby wards.
- Elite if you're adding a French campaign, more services or a new website.
- Enterprise if you run several crews across much of the city and want a dedicated team.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You stay month to month, and leaving takes 30 days' notice. Paying for a full year is optional; it simply lowers the monthly figure.
Is Google ad spend included?
No. Ad spend goes from your own account directly to Google. Our plan covers the strategy, setup, management and reporting.
Is French copywriting included?
We don't offer in-house French copywriting. We recommend you hire a professional French copywriter or certified translator and pay them directly; we write their brief and fit their work into the campaigns and pages.
Do prices include HST?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Ontario clients add 13% HST. Your invoice will show it as a separate line.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. If your trades business is eligible, the first half-hour costs nothing and commits you to nothing; it sits apart from the paid plans.
